"We strive to support people of all ages and abilities to access dance. Our participants engage for enjoyment or social reasons, to improve physical and emotional wellbeing or to further their career in dance. In Aberdeen, Citymoves and its cultural partners are often the reason participants and audience members journey into the city centre. Cultural activity in our city centre is key to maintaining the ecology of cities. Not only in the buildings we inhabit and open to the public, but in the fabric of the city we walk around.”
-Hayley Durward, CEO of Citymoves Dance Agency
We are actively looking for sponsorship and donations to support our vital charity work leading positive impacts through dance in the North East of Scotland. Citymoves Dance Agency is committed to working with donors locally and nationally to support arts and culture, health and wellbeing and community projects in Aberdeen and the North East of Scotland.
Why your donations matter
As a small community-based charity, we rely on donations from the community, along side sponsorships and grants to provide our programming to people of all ages and abilities, and we work to make sure every penny we raise goes toward supporting our mission to use dance as an agent for change in the North East of Scotland.
We have a variety of projects that are waiting for support from donors like you to succeed. If you want to set up a Facebook birthday fundraiser, run a marathon, or even donate a few quid directly to us, we would be overjoyed by your contributions.
