Type: drop in class

Tai chi (Taijiquan) is meditation in motion, a type of low-impact, weight-bearing, and aerobic (yet relaxing) exercise with the purpose of enhancing physical and mental health.

Tuesdays | 13:00-14:00 | £6/£5.50 Conc.

This class focuses on slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation.
